The conference will include a diversity of speakers (local, national, and international) and will cover a range of topics that may be of interest to your group, including bee pollination in Hawaii, honeybee health, and honey production. In addition, there will be a 1 day workshop aimed to provide instruction, teaching materials, and curriculum suggestions to members of organizations that address the public, farmer organizations, and students.
The registration fee is $220 for the 3 days, or $100 for the Saturday Oct 15th educational workshop only.
The reg fees are being handled by the Western Apicultural Society, and UH and the State Apiary Program are in charge of the academic aspects and the educational content of the workshop.
