(ON HIATUS) Olomana Tropicals: Nurseryman Ken of Olomana Tropical specializes in bromeliads. He brings a great variety of bromeliads and other potted plants.
Waihole Valley Farm: Apple bananas, cooking borara, guava, sour sap, kalamanci, chico, avocado, papaya, lemon, lime, sweet potato, bread fruit, taro, mountain apple and more!

Cold Fyrre: Handmade ice cream created with locally- sourced ingredients: cream from the Big Island and flavored with local fruit, coffee, chocolate, strawberries and much more. By the scoop or in their famous cookie sandwich confections.
Sweet Revenge: Kathy bakes up some awesome pies using seasonal fruits and locally grown veggies. Ingredients locally-sourced by Ho Farms, Peterson Farms, Aloun Farms, Waialua Chocolate, Naked Cow Dairy, and Wow Farm. My personal favorite and a must-try item is Kathy’s Chicken Pot Pie. Caution, this item is addicting.

Nalo Meli: Beekeeper Howard brings his Windward harvested honey and other local honey products.
Bueno Salsas: Andy brings a variety of handmade salsas and pickles. Specialties include Kailua-grown ghost pepper recipes and pickled pepper watermelon.

Now available in Birthday Heirloom Seed Collections. This week’s featured item will be Roasted Green Chili Rellino’s and whole raw Green Chili.

Istanbul Restaurant Inc.: Brings an Artisanal Mediterranean cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and made with Aloha.
Petit Suisse Crepes: Crystal and Mehdi our newest vendors create crepes straight from the farms. Using local ingredients eggs, honey, cheese veggies, and fruits. A must try item.
Beyond Burgers: will be Bringing there Kulana Grass-fed Burgers. Try their Specialty Burger with caramelized Maui sweet onions & crumbled applewood smoked bacon in a savory BBQ sauce, topped off with Nalo baby arugula and roasted garlic aioli sauce. They also have a Bacon Swiss Burger, Portobello Mushroom Sandwich, and a 1K Burger. Jonathan sources his ingredients locally from Kulana Foods, Shinsato Farm, Ka lei Eggs, Maui Sugar, Nalo Farms, Ma’o Farms, Sugarland Farms, Aloun Farm, Hāmākua Springs County Farm, Ho Farms, Maui Farmers, Kula Farms.

Kahumana Organic Farms: Located in Waianae, Farmer Tod McDonald grows lettuce, carrots, leafy greens, beets, radishes, kalo, kalamunguy, beans, eggplants, okra, fruits and herbs – all organically certified.
Small Kine Farm: Small Kine Farm is located in Waimanalo. They grow Crimini and Portobello mushrooms. They also make a mushroom fritter which is so fresh and juicy with a special sauce. Yum!
Honolulu Burger Company: Ken will be serving up sliders and French fries, yum! Honolulu Burger Company uses all locally soured ingredients from Parker Ranch, Kahua Ranch, Puuwaawaa Ranch, Mari’s Garden, Aloun Farms, Sugarland Farms, Alii and Shiimeji Mushroom Farm, Sumida Farm.
Papi’s Empanadas: Chef Nelo makes Argentine Empanadas made with locally sourced ingredients.
