(NEW) Pomai Kulolo: Locally made kulolo and other Hawaiian treats from Kauai Taro.
Beyond Burgers: Bringing their Kulana Grass-fed Burgers. Try their specialty burger with caramelized Maui sweet onions & crumbled applewood smoked bacon in a savory BBQ sauce, topped off with Nalo baby arugula and roasted garlic aioli sauce. They also have a Bacon Swiss Burger, Portobello Mushroom Sandwich, and a 1lb Burger. Jonathan sources his ingredients locally from Kulana Foods, Shinsato Farm, Ka lei Eggs, Maui Sugar, Nalo Farms, Ma’o Farms, Sugarland Farms, Aloun Farm, Hāmākua Springs County Farm, Ho Farms, Maui Farmers, Kula Farms.
Alex Products Farm: A variety of Asian vegetables, herbs, green onions, cucumber, Manoa lettuce, tomatoes, bittermelon, American and Italian parsley, apple bananas, papayas, carrots, kale, tomatoes, lychee, watermelon and much much more. All local!
Hibachi: Serving fresh island poke made with local ahi, locally grown grape tomato kabobs, steak plates made with kulana beef and homemade cucumber kimchee from Pit Farms. You also have to try his barbecue kulana beef sticks. Come early, Mark sells out.
Olay Thai: Thai food made with locally sourced ingredients. Featuring Vegetarian Pad Thai Noodles, Lemongrass fried chicken (my personal favorite), assorted curries, Sa-tay BBQ sticks, Spring Rolls, Papaya Salad, Banana Tapioca, and much more.
T & N Farms: A 5-acre farm growing red and yellow grapes tomatoes, okra, long beans, green onions, radishes (china rose, helios, purple plum, easter egg, watermelon, delta, bora king, cherry belb, white icicle, chunky, and sparkler), assorted kale, swiss chard, papayas, bananas, bean shoots, collard green, rainbow carrots, beets, chili pepper leaves, wing beans, dill, and turnips.
MaNoa Island Kitchen: Ulu Flour made with locally grown Ulu/breadfruit, Ulu crackers, Ulu Banana Bread, Ulu Brownies and much more.
All Hawaiian Honey: Brings a variety of hand-harvested honey from Windward, Oahu hives, as well as Molokai and Big Island. Honey sticks and honeycomb available too.
Thoune Farms: Bringing cucumbers, eggplants, long beans, bitter melons, bananas, okra and much more.
Theng’s Farms: A huge variety of locally grown vegetables: avocados, beets, lettuce, zucchini, cucumbers, eggplant, and much more.
Santa Cruz Taco Co.: Taco Tuesday every week! Handmade corn tortillas with local beef, pork and fish.
