Lei Farms: 10 acre Farm growing sugar cane, papaya, daikon, okra, banana, long bean, baby bok choy, bittermelon and much more. They will also feature sugar cane juice, and cut assorted fruits.
Ed’s Little Farms: A small Farm located in Wailua with assorted local veggies and fruits.
Olay Thai: Vegetarian Pad Thai Noodles, Papaya Salad, Banana Tapioca, and much more with all locally sourced ingredients.
Thoune HongPhao Farm: Bringing cucumbers, eggplant, long bean, bitter melon, bananas, Okra and much more.

PIT Farm: A variety of Asian vegetables and herbs, green onions, cucumber, Manoa lettuce, tomatoes, bittermelon, American and Italian parsley, apple bananas, papayas, and local grown carrots, kale, tomatoes, lychee, watermelon and much much more.
Son Farm: A small family run farm located in Pearl City they will be bringing watercress, taro, green onion, round onion, eggplant, cucumbers, bell peppers, choi sum, pak choi, kai choi, assort lettuce, celery, bananas, papaya, pineapple, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, radish, kale, bitter melon and much more.
La Tour Bakehouse (formerly known as Ba-Le Bakery): Artisan breads and baked goods.
Akamai Foods: Chef Sharon brings her famous oatcakes: Date & Flax Seed, Cranberry & Walnut, Mango & Pumpkin with Pecan. Also premium rum cakes: Pumpkin and Dark Chocolate, Taro Coconut, and original. She also brings gourmet tofu steak musubi made with brown rice. She features a rare seasonal tropical juice weekly!
Shinsato Farm: Pork dishes and plate lunches. They will also bring with them some fresh raw local fresh pork sold by one pound packages.
Milner Farm: Kales, chards, Tokyo negi, and assorted vegetables.
(ON HIATUS) Nalo Farms: Nalo Greens, Dandelion Greens, Braising Greens, Baby Kale (less cooking time for you), Baby Swiss Chard, Tat Soi, (their sub for spinach), Purslane, Okra, Baby Eggplant, fresh cut herbs, Nalo’s Morimoto Tomato (smaller), Nalo Tomato. In addition to their own farm offerings, they also sell produce from other farms – Sumida Watercress, Kamiya Papaya, Fat Law Baby Cucumber, Nozawa Corn, Ho Farm tomato, just to name a few.
