The Honolulu Market is open every Wednesday from 4:00pm-7:00pm   

Market location:  The Honolulu Farmers Market will be located fronting the Concert Hall on the corner of Ward Ave. and King St.

Free Parking: Mention you are attending the Farmers’ Market between 4:00pm-7:00pm and park for free.

Row A:

Souane/PIT Farm: PIT Farm has 3 Farms located in Mililani, Kunia, and Kahuku this family run farm grows a variety of asian vegetables and herbs, green onions, cucumber, Manoa lettuce, tomatoes, bittermelon, American and Italian parsley, apple bananas, papayas, and local grown carrots, kale, tomatoes, papaya, a variety of green beans and much more.

La Tour Bakehouse (formerly known as Ba-Le Bakery): has a wide variety of artisan breads, whole grain hamburger and hot dog buns, croissants, danish, granola, corn puffs, rice cakes and much more.

Honolulu Burger Company: Ken will be serving up SLIDERS and FRENCH FRIES yum! Honolulu Burger Company uses all locally soured ingredients from: Parker Ranch, Kahua Ranch, Puuwaawaa Ranch, Mari’s Garden, Aloun Farms, Sugarland Farms, Alii and Shiimeji Mushroom Farm, Sumida Farm.

India Cafe: Indian curry and specialties

Akaka Falls Farm/Honomu Jams: Rare Tropical fruit jams, jellies, fruit butters, honey.  Made from their fruit farm located on the top of Akaka Falls on the Big Island. Also Special Item is Ulu hummus in assorted flavors.

Hanalei Taro Co.: The Haraguchi Taro Farm is located on the island of Kauai. Hanalei Taro will feature Fresh Taro, Poi, Taro Humus, Taro Mochi, and a must try item is their Hanalei Kulolo. Yum!

Mochi Lab:  Specialty Gourmet Butter Mochi made with locally sourced ingredients.  Mochi Lab bakes their butter mochi in a muffin form that is moist, fluffy, complimented with a delicious crust with a unique filling baked into each cake.  A Must Try Item!

Row B:

Istanbul Restaurant Inc.: Brings an Artisanal Mediterranean cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and made with Aloha.

Otsuji Farm brings a huge variety of veggies and herb grown on their Hawaii Kai farm – Dino Kale, Red Kale, mizuna, daikon, purslane, green onion, radish, mustard cabbage, bok choy, beets, and more!  Don’t forget to try Chef Jonas Otsuji’s Sushi Surfer Sliders made with kale or eggplant grown on their farm, tempura’d and topped with spicy ahi, drizzles, and their green onion!  NEW Item is Otsuji’s Mushroom Tempura a must try item!

Beyond Burritos: Bringing Burritos and Quesadillas.   Jonathan sources his ingredients locally from Kulana Foods, Shinsato Farm, Ka lei Eggs, Maui Sugar, Nalo Farms, Ma’o Farms, Sugarland Farms, Aloun Farm, Hamakua Springs County Farm, Ho Farms, Maui Farmers, Kula Farms.  A must try item is his quesadillas.

Guava Smoked: Shinsato Farm island-raised pork smoked with Guava wood.  Local Smoked Meat burger, kebabs and frozen packages of smoked meat.

Akamai Foods: Chef Sharon brings her famous oatcakes:  Date & Flax Seed, Cranberry & Walnut, Mango & Pumpkin with Pecan. Sharon also brings her gourmet tofu steak musabi made with brown rice.  She features a variety of rare seasonal tropical juice.

Row C:

Nalo Farm: on hiatus

NEW Shinsato Farm: Pork dishes and plate lunches. They will also bring with them some fresh raw local fresh pork sold by one pound packages.

Petit Suisse Crepes: Create crepes straight from the farms. Using local ingredients eggs, honey, cheese veggies and fruits. A must try item.

NEW My Vegan Chef: chef Nicholas makes a beet burger, salads, and a falafel with hummus and pickled beets a must try item

Waimanalo Country Farms: fresh day-of-the-market harvested Super Sweet Dakota corn and homemade cornbread and there famous lemonade, strawberry lemonade and li hing lemonade al served in a special jar.

Ono Kettle Pop: Delicious Kettle Popcorn combined with a variety of Hawaiian grown ingredients. Some of the flavors include island pop, cinnamon toast pop, Mexican pop, Hawaii red pop and much more.

Hawaiian Style Chili Company: Dinner Plates – A must try item is there Seared Ahi Steak plate, Kalua Pork, Garlic Shrimp, Gourmet Chili

Hawaii Honey Coop: Honey and honey products from Windward harvested All-Hawaiian Honey and more

Row D:

Olay Thai: Vegetarian Pad Thai Noodles, Lemon grass fried chicken, Assort Curries, Papaya Salad, Banana Tapioca, and much more with all locally sourced ingredients.

Sweet Revenge: Kathy bakes up some awesome pies using seasonal fruits and veggies grown locally.  Her featured pie will be her Mango Pie.  Ingredients Locally Sourced-Ho Farm, Peterson Farm, Aloun Farm, Waialua Chocolate, Naked Cow Dairy, and Wow Farm.

New T & N Farms: 5 acre farm growing red and yellow grapes tomatoes, okra, long bean, green onion, radishes(china rose, helios, purple plum, easter egg, watermelon, delta, bora king, cherry belb, white icicle, chunky, and sparkler), assort. kale. swiss chard, papayas, bananas, bean shoots, collard green, rainbow carrots, beets, chili pepper leaves, wing beans, dill, and turnip.

New Little Hands Hawaii: Sunscreen made with locally sourced ingredients and free of nano zinc oxide.  Won’t absorb into the skin and non toxic to marine life.

NEW Grace Foods: Takoyaki made with Local Kauai Shrimp

Thoune HongPhao Farm: bringing cucumbers, eggplant, Kale, long bean, bitter melon, bitter melon leaves, bananas, Okra, tomatoes, avocado, green onion, onions, and much more.

J. Ludovico Farm: will feature locally raised, pastured, ready to cook Fresh Island Chicken. They also will have thai ginger, bananas, honey.
