Thoune HongPhao Farm: A 10 acre farm located in laie brings cucumbers, eggplant, long bean, bitter melon, bananas, Okra, kale, tomatoes, lettuce, green mango, onions, papaya, lychee, pineapple and much more

Imu Style: Chester Pahia brings Hawaiian Food made with locally sourced ingredients. Featuring local kalua pig plate, laulau plate, chicken long rice and lomi lomi salmon, kalua pig sliders on a taro bun

Lum Farm: an assortment of gluten free baked goods, potted plants, Dried Fruit, and Assorted Sorbets made with local fruit from their Farm.

NEW My Vegan Chef:  Chef Nickolas makes a Vegan Aloha burger, falafel balls served with hummus and pickles Nalo beets a must try item.

Waimanalo Country Farms: Famous lemonade, strawberry lemonade and li hing lemonade and much more served in a special jar.

Olay Thai: Thai food made with locally sourced ingredients. Featuring Vegetarian Pad Thai Noodles, Lemon grass fried chicken which is my personal favorite, assorted curries, Sa-tay BBQ sticks, Spring Rolls, Papaya Salad, Banana Tapioca, and much more.
