Imu Style: Chester Pahia brings Hawaiian Food made with locally sourced ingredients. Featuring local kalua pig plate, laulau plate, chicken long rice and lomi lomi salmon, kalua pig sliders on a taro bun
All Hawaiian Honey Coop: Honey and honey products harvested from Windward Oahu, Big Island and Molokai.
Lum Farm: an assortment of gluten free baked goods, potted plants, Dried Fruit, and Assorted Sorbets made with local fruit from their Farm.
North Shore Farms LLC dba BWT: Serving Fried Green Tomatoes and Jeanne’s Famous Grilled Pesto Pizza, Catch the Big Wave of Flavors with colorful Big Wave Tomatoes, also serving stuffed peppers which is a must try item.
Waimanalo Country Farm: famous lemonade assorted flavors such as strawberry lemonade, mango lemonade, li hing lemonade and much more. Don’t forget to bring your refillable Jar.
Ono Kettle Pop: Delicious Kettle Popcorn combined with a variety of Hawaiian grown ingredients. Some of the flavors include island pop, cinnamon toast pop, Mexican pop, Hawaii red pop, Carmel pop, Cheese pop. My personal favorite is the Boston pop which is a cheese and caramel pop mix.
Honolulu Burger Company: Ken will be serving up SLIDERS and FRENCH FRIES yum! Honolulu Burger Company uses all locally soured ingredients from: Parker Ranch, Kahua Ranch, Puuwaawaa Ranch, Mari’s Garden, Aloun Farms, Sugarland Farms, Alii and Shiimeji Mushroom Farm, Sumida Farm.
India Cafe: Assorted Indian curries including a vegetarian curry, chana masala, spicy eggplant, samosas, and roti chanai bread.
Lei Farms: a 10acre farm located in Waialua growing Papaya, dragon fruit, bananas, watermelon, okra, bitter melon, baby boy choi, long beans, assorted melons, daikon, and much more. Lei Farms also makes Fresh Sugar Cane Juice using Sugar Cane from their farm.
