The purpose of the Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC) is to support the production of local agricultural products for local consumption and value-add products in an economically and environmentally sustainable manner while continuing to develop commercial exports of locally produced agricultural products and value-add products. ADC’s mission is to create a vehicle and process to make optimal use of agricultural assets for the economic, environmental, and social benefit of the people of Hawaii, through aggressive and dynamic leadership.
