We are bringing spaetzle to Hawaii! Spaetzle is a European noodle/dumpling that’s common in German and Hungarian cuisine, and actually translates to Little Sparrow in German. It’s traditionally served as a side dish, however, we are bringing it front and center! We use fresh, local vegetables, as well as quality meats and cheeses to serve up fantastic food.
